"Everything was amazing! The elevator went out and my kid and I were on the third floor so that kinda stunk! But other than that it was great! They even gave my son 2 buckeyes when leaving"

"Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests."

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do. My mother then called back and had to ask to switch rooms. I went down to retrieve the new room keys. I approached the desk, and announced myself. The attendant was on her...

"This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing...

"We've always had good experiences staying there, Manager and staff are super friendly. Place is always very clean.If we need anything, they take care of it right away. Breakfast is always good ,plenty of options to choose from"
