"Our stay was great, no issues there my problem the car park, i called the reception at 7am to say i needed my car we were checking out at 745 to be told there wasn't anyone available to move the other cars until later on, which meant i had to leave my car in the carpark and get a taxi to the dance venue and another back costing me extra money which i hadn't budget into my weekend! Plus the extra time getting back to the hotel at the end of a busy day! Xx"

"the hotel is an excellent price but remember its a budget hotel staff are helpful and the bar is there if you need a drink this was my 2nd time and have no problem in booking again"

"The accommodation was very good. Breakfast whilst adequate, was not as varied as I’ve had elsewhere. Eg. Scrambled eggs or no eggs. Hotel not easy to find by car and sat nav. Mine gave up. Haven’t seen so many no entry signs in such close proximity and never seen a “Bus gate” before. Beware of this as sat nav’s want to take you through it. DON’T GO there. I’ll probably have a ticket on the mat when I get home. Only one disabled car parking bay and that was coned off. Arriving by train? Not easy getting directions although apparently a ten minute walk. In summary, good value accommodation but not easy to find the hotel or a departure route from it."

"We stayed in the gate house as a family of 3 and chose this hotel as it was a short drive to the flower bowl entertainment centre. The room was out of the main hotel in a separate building and was nicely done with comfy beds. We had an evening meal in the walled garden restaurant and both the food and service were great. We didn’t use the pool as it was £10pp to use the facilities. The only thing that really let down our stay was the buffet breakfast as many of the items had not been refilled leaving many items not available and the food that was there was cold. As the breakfast was an added cost to the room I wish we had gone elsewhere for breakfast. I did tell the receptionist on check out as there hadn’t been any staff around at breakfast to tell and was told he was sorry to hear that."
