"Great location,it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops, it was clean and we had a balcony. We could see the church’s bell tower which it sounded really loud but it didn’t bother us since we were up by 8:30am. But if you like to sleep in it will wake you up because it’s pretty loud. Other than that I would highly recommend this place."

"Fantastic location- right on Piazza della Signoria. Manager and staff were wonderful. We had breakfast included and they deliver at the time you specify- great way to start each day. The Piazza has a couple bars and depending on the crowd it can be a little noisy late at night. Will return in the future!"

Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. "The room was not at all as shown. The hotel lobby isn’t a lobby but a small room with a check in desk on the 3 floor. There is only a few rooms. This is not a hotel. The cafe/bar on the lower level is loud with extremely loud music and they go until 4 am. We could not sleep. The main chandelier in our room was a bunch of wires with a light bulb hanging from it.
