"When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"We stayed 3 nights in Gategaa Village during Songkran and it was such a comfortable stay. Best things about it are: - Spaciousness of the room (2 bathrooms, 4 beds, 2 TVs) - All day snacks and drinks a the lobby - Location was right across the Ping River, allowing us to skip the Songkran traffic jams but still near enough to the Old City for us to just drive in for some fun and games - Pretty complete city hotel, they even had a washing machine and dryer we could operate ourselves"

"Enjoyed this hotel very much. Was picked up from the airport which is only a few minutes away and driver was great. Bags were escorted to room and room was clean and cold when I got inside. Stayed in S-Class suite so on highest floor of rooms. View was amazing and so was room. Breakfast was amazing. Truly. A mall is walking distance. "Difficult rating this one. The hotel itself was brand new. Had that new hotel smell and was very nice. Problem I had was that on hotels.com, it looked like it was on property at the airport and said in the description it was a ‘2 minute walk’, which was the reason I booked it, as I got in at 22:00 and had to be back at airport at 8:00 the next morning. Problem was, the hotel was about 5km, or a 10-15 minute cab ride away. So, if they’ve fixed the location on this site (it’s correct on google...
