"The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip."

"Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again."

"Pros: Location was great! Area in the back by the river was very nice. Great place for relaxing after a long day. Cons: Breakfast was limited and only included cold items. Room was small, dark, and had an odd smell. Bathroom light randomly came on during the night. Lots of wasps around stairs and porch area."

"Pros: Communication was easy/helpful staff. Property was kept up well. Some of the pictures were obviously taken to look bigger than the actual, but still really nice. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and newer appliances. Pools were well kept, Fire pit area was big with its own seating Cons: Really needed a new remote for the master bedroom tv and the 2nd bathroom handles fell off, but were able to put them back on"

"smelled like room had been smoked in. cigarette burns on tub. black nasty spots on bath wall. big nasty splotch on fiberglass shower enclosure. noisey neighbor sounds, not insulated between rooms apparently. The lady that checked me in was very nice....it went downhill from there."

"The property overall was nice. I rented a 2 bedroom condo which was actually 2 1 bedroom condos next to each other. It is a gated community and the guy who was on duty and the guard shack when we arrived to check in was incredibly rude and refused to give reasonable directions on where to go to check in. Fortunately he only worked the guard shack on the first day. Everyone else who was there was pleasant. The trashcan in one condo was full when we checked in and there was something blue smeared...
