"I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect peaceful yet easily accessible. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. "Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch."

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407 which they still haven’t done. "

"The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. "

"This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues"
