"I rarely write reviews but wanted to give everyone here a shout out for saving our trip to Cleveland. We had a rough time woth our initial booking with an air bnb style place and were out on our behinds at 11pm our first night.
I was immediately able to book a room here, and the staff was awesome. Valets were efficient and nice, everyone just great. You wont be disappointed."

"Too much traffic noise from where my room was located especially in the evening/night from the sirens of emergency vehicles, the hotel looks new, room was clean, updated, lighting in the entrance of room& kitchen area could have been better, too dim in my opinion, staff was pleasant"
