"Very neat place to stay, up a cliff overlooking the river and large Buddha up in the hills. We had a family suite with two large bathrooms, two bedrooms, two balconies and incredible view. Infinity pool perched on the edge of the property, very cool! Incredible service and excellent food. Up a very steep switchback road, not easy to get there and not easy to get back down from!"

"My room was spacious clean and modern. It was very safe and quiet. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. It is located 15 minute walk up steep road from city centre. Easy walking down and cheap uber tuk tuk ride back up the hill after leaving city center. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kandy."

"The hotel has been leased to some NGO's for the last 6 mnths and they are in the process of getting it back on it's feet. It hurts me to say as the owners and staff are very nice people but I have to be honest. The position is good in as much as it is quiet but it's a 10 minute walk to a reasonable selection of shops and perhaps 20 minutes to town. The biggest disappointment for us was the pricing at the restaurant. Ridiculously high in my opinion, 3 times the prices outside. The advertised...

"The room was good size with a great view however we had no tea or coffee,no restaurant as advertised. They were surprised when we arrived as they were closed for renovations although the one guy there did his best to help accommodate us. It is along way out of city centre and quie hard to find. Feel that they shouldn’t really book guests if they are wanting to do major maintenance and renovations. Really there was poor service if any. Would not stay again."
