"Our King room was fine.(300)But the room next to us, 302 was VERY loud. Slamming their door and laughing in the hallway for about 2 ish hours. I called the front desk at around 10, but it didn’t seem like it was addressed with the guests in 302!!! Sunday morning, the front desk person kept saying coffee would be ready in 10 minutes. 1 hour went by and still no coffee. Left the property to get coffee-very disappointing!!! Trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. The elevator always had standing water in it! We would stay again just some issues to address!!!!"

"My check in was great, the hallway smell like weed on my floor. My room was very clean. The parking lot was fine. I did not stay for breakfast."

"The managers and staff went so far above and beyond to help me with some complicated logistics as I was moving across the country, having a car shipped out and landing at Home 2 Suites, Norfolk. They were so helpful and so friendly and I can’t thank them enough. The room was very nice and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed. The fire pits and lounge areas made for an extra nice stay."

"I would recommend this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of dishes. The hotel was close to food, Walmart and the Outlets were minutes away. "

"The breakfast was the usual sausage, eggs, and waffles. It was good and the coffee was fresh. The room clean but you can tell some upgrading is needed. Some of the caulk in the tub had mold on it. But for the price, it was ok. They cleaning staff was very nice!"
