"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. "The building is a bit old, and there are 2 separate buildings. The fronter one is close to the road and have a better lake view but the further one have the pool and hot tub. In peak summer season, we paid 500+ for a king size bedroom in the further building, which is a bit expensive in terms of how the amenities are and not much complimentary items were provided, such as disposable slippers, or refillable water. The ice machine was also broken in the further building."

"The hotel was a very good price for where it is. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean when we first entered. The lighting next to the bed would be the only complaint. The lights were broken and did not light up the bed area. The bar and outdoor music was cool and created a nice atmosphere. "Best location! Heavenly Village and Lakeside Beach are both within easy walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable, and the huge TV was perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring."

"Shockingly dirty and in poor condition — especially for the price. Shower completely clogged, old food in fridge, old cigarettes in night stand, floors dirty, sink broken, “queen” bed was a full (4.5 ft), no AC — just one old box fan."

"Beautiful hotel, located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe with shopping and hiking right there. There was a live band in the center of the mall on Friday and Sat nights. Lots of activities, a kid's center and a small restaurant. Our room had a full kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a large sauna/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard."

"I booked here thinking it was at Stateline, which would’ve been perfect because we were going to Lake Tahoe for the Eric Church concert. It’s up the road from all the action, definitely not a short walk away, but for a fairly secluded location, it was nice. Since it’s right near Heavenly, it’s probably a great place to stay in the winter if you ski. We stayed in a King suite which was roomy, comfortable, and well- appointed. "The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."
