"Sleep was difficult due to the noisy, high-traffic environment. The thin floors meant constant walking above us, and thin walls made it easy to hear conversations. It was not worth the price we paid. "

"Great location to walk a block to town and walk everywhere. The owners/hosts were so friendly, quiet location, relaxing to sit on the porch in red rockers watching the world go by. Delicious breakfast. Hated to leave."

"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"Normally I don't complain but this experience has turned me off of traveling. We have never had such a bad experience. We didn't get a room, seems like they had many people living in the motel. Staff were very rude. We drove back 250 miles to our home. I would recommend staying away from this motel and east Asheville "

"Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. We travelled with our dog and the staff was very accomodating. NOTE: The exterior and first floor of the building are being renovated. This did not at all affect the quality of our stay, but it is a bit messy at the moment. "

"I had to leave early to catch a flight. The coffee machine did not work so no coffee— I’m not a happy camper without coffee."

"They have electric car charging stations just behind the office but they are Tesla chargers and you have to pay for them. I don't understand why more and more hotels are moving to paying for charging. The one I stayed at the night before had free charging for electric vehicles which is the way it should be everywhere."

"Clean, newer facility & room. Decent Hampton breakfast Front desk night person not friendly or welcoming at check-in, acted irritated that I “booked thru a third party” (Expedia, not Hilton site). She said my Hilton Honors was not showing…. Otherwise hotel itself was all good."

"The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. The area surrounding the hotel is concerning because of the amount of homeless. "

"Nice location. Heaven forbid you expect to have coffee available first thing in the morning. Breakfast was without any "gravy" for the biscuits. Breakfast begins at 6:30, but apparently they don't care about the coffee being available until closer to 7:00 AM. Front desk host in the AM cares more about his phone and texting than he does about the paying guests. Having TV on an entirely Spanish speaking channel helped me recall my Spanish classes from 40 years ago, This hotel was a bit out...

"my only negative is the tub/ shower had no grab bars & bottom surface was slippery other than that everything was fine & if im in area i will use again"

"Clean room and overall appearance. Great room layout- very spacious. Laundry room available. Undergoing exterior renovations. Inside in excellent conditions. Breakfast was exactly the same EVERY morning- could improve. Would definitely return. "
