"It was only an overnight stay, and the room was a bit spartan. However, it was quite clean and everything worked well. One a very minor problem, as noted by others, is that the toilet required a long flush or multiple flushes. My problem is that I forgot to ask for additional towels. I checked in at night and by the time I noticed that I need extra towels, I didn't think anyone would be around who could fulfill that request."

"After not staying in a hotel for a few years, I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel. Wonderfully clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Also want to give a shout out to the wonderful,helpful desk clerk that was there Saturday evening and Sunday morning. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but you should reward and appreciate an employee that kind and so very good at his job. "

"Everything about the Beaufort house exceeded our expectations. The house was so well cared for and has a very authentic feel. You could feel the love and care that goes into maintaining this historic hotel. We felt very much at home. Miss Sarah was very welcoming and made our stay so pleasant. We hope to return someday. "5 Stars: This Hampton Inn is beautiful - immaculate and very well maintained inside, including the room, bathroom, pool, hot tub, and dining area. The exterior is beautifully landscaped. Parking was plentiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were also very good. Very highly recommend this hotel, and we will certainly stay here the next time we are in Asheville."
