"Clean room, polite staff "

"I loved staying in this hotel, had no issues with anything. Staff was very nice, the rooms very clean and overall it’s all remodeled and pretty. It’s very local so we walked everywhere or took the subway which stations are very close. Our stay included a $25 voucher daily to use in the cafe, 4 admission tickets to a museum, and passes to rent the city bikes. The only thing I’d say can improve is the showers don’t have a door, it’s just a glass door that separates it from the toilet so the bathroom could get a little flooded if you’re not careful. Overall I’d give it a 9/10"

"Welcoming staff; clean room and facilities. Good “grab and go” breakfast. Manager’s happy hour with live music. Excellent location just off Times Square. Stayed here twice; and will be returning. Excellent value for money in NYC. "
