"The dirtiest carpet I have ever been on. Years of dirt and God knows what else have never been cleaned from the rooms carpet. Every shower resulted in black gunk being washed off the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The door to the room jbed so we had to throw a shoulder into it just to open the door. The reins concept is cute and well thought out, but maintenance and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During our stay, the window panel unexpectedly came out of the frame and fell into the room. This is an extremely serious safety hazard. As you can see from the attached photo, the entire window panel ended up inside the room. My friend was scratched when it happened. What made the situation even worse was how the hotel handled it.
