Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Lake Tahoe

"Stayed here for two nights with a friend and my dog. Overall, it was a decent place for the price. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The location was convenient, close to the casinos and only about a 35-minute drive from Reno. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Carson City."

"Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure."

"Cedar Glen Lodge is amazing. Charlie the general manager is very caring and helpful. Sean is great too. I highly recommend this hidden gem. No complaints, we will be back!"

"During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had serious problems of its own: the lighting did not work properly, leaving the room very dark, and the electrical outlet directly next to the bed was visibly burned. Because of these conditions, we will not be returning to this place."

"Fun change from your chain hotels. A bit challenging to take suitcases up the stairs but being dog friendly, great location and fun staff makes it worth a place to stay and enjoy the lake."

"Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike."

"Staff was not helpful about picking up trash from room . They asked to take trash and keep it out ."

"The staff was super friendly, very accommodating, old-fashioned nostalgic, feel comfortable bed decent bathroom and I love that it’s all downstairs. Location is awesome. I WILL BE BACK"
