Cat & Dog Friendly Hotels in Carnelian Bay

"Great property- good location, nice rooms, and friendly staff members. Also very dog friendly! Walking distance to lakeside beach (private beach) - stay included vouchers for the beach which are $30/per person. Note that lakeside beach is not dog friendly but Nevada beach, which is just a few mins drive away, has a small dog friendly area. The hotel has smores at night, coffee / drinks in the morning and all afternoon, and happy hour from 3-6pm (HH is $2 off wine, beer, or cocktails). The room had a lot of shelf space, and the furnishings in the bathroom were nice. We had a good view of the road from our room; it felt private and secluded. We didn’t hear any neighbors around or above us. Note that the property is several buildings , and they can be across the street. Parking was convenient right in front of our room / building. We were also in walking distance to heavenly village and did the van sickle bi-state hike. The staff members are so friendly and made the stay great! Thanks so much - we’ll be back! "

"I’ve stayed there several times in both winter and summer. Pool is great in the summer and close to the beach and in the winter it’s a short walk to the gondola. They have also upgraded the rooms and tv’s too. "

"They are under construction and need more visible signage. I think they should at least give free parking as a compliment for staying while they are under construction. It's a mess everywhere. "
