"I was disappointed with this hotel. Expedia showed a 9+ rating, but my experience did not match that at all. The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. "We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. "Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch.
