As soon as we arrived, the concierge was welcoming. Checkin was easy. The staff are polite and accommodating. This is rare
– but since it is a five star hotel, I’m glad they live up to the standards. The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. We enjoyed everything. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. We enjoyed every minute. I actually felt relaxed. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best. Overall, great bedding and rooms were almost perfect and clean. I hope they pay more attention to the carpets and bathroom. Thank you!
