"Based on past experience with Sokos Hotels, we expected a bit better. The room was not properly cleaned -- mirrors were smudged, long hairs stuck to the walls. Cleaning staff left multiple supply carts blocking the already very narrow hallways. Breakfast was ok, but just not up to the standard we have seen previously at other Sokos properties. We won't be as quick to book with Sokos in the future."

"Our stay was okay. The hotel room wasn’t bad, the sink was just dirty at the base. They set up a sofa bed even though we had an infant and needed to set up our playpen. But we could have asked them to take it down after check in.
The breakfast wasn’t bad, they had a lot of food. Just busy and expensive. We liked the resort itself and the cafe on the beach.
Our biggest complaint is the misinformation on the Expedia website. It says there are 4 pools, 1 outdoor pool, and 1 whirlpool. We...
"Staff upgraded our room to a great view of the lake for the sane price. The hotel is sithin walking distance of the boat rrides, fortress and restaurants. There is a forested island with trails adjacent to the hotel. We didnt make sure of the pool or spa but they looked wonderful"
