"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"We checked in at approximately 4 PM. We were assigned a room on the first floor. They don't have screens in their windows so there were flying insects in the room(the area has a bug called a Midge). There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. "A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"It was dissociating experience. Bed was terrible, soft and noisy. I could understand if a hotel room didn’t have an iron, but charging $100 and not even providing shampoo or a hair dryer is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were also very old and unattractive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
