"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were subpar, and I encountered several issues. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused."

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"I had a great experience at the Wentworth Inn. The staff was so nice, (along with the cutest little greeter Cocoa the dog)!! The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the back door of the hotel room that opened up to a little porch with two chairs, and a huge lawn to enjoy. "Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit."
