"The hotel is beautiful and the private beach and free paddle boards available to guests made the experience absolutely incredible.
Also, the shoreline restaurant was the most serene view during my entire Switzerland trip.

"Great location. Very convenient to all tourists site. Plus there is a beautiful park and boardwalk across from the hotel with amazing views. The hotel is very old, however the staff do a great job to ensure guests are taken care of. Plus the two bedroom option comes with 2.5 baths. Only one negative is the portable AC unit, but that’s not that much of an issue."
"Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. "
"From check in to check out we had friendly staff help us out, Nathalie in particular was wonderful. Our room was just what we needed and we loved our view. The breakfast was delicious and regularly tended to and refilled. I definitely recommend as Lucerne is very expensive! "
"Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant."
