"O hotel é incrivelmente luxuoso, tudo impecável e de muito bom gosto. O quarto é sem dúvidas o mais confortável que já conheci. A área da sauna e spa, bem como a academia, são incríveis. Fica a 2 minutos de caminhada da estação de trem e dos lifts de esqui. Também há possibilidade de locar os equipamentos de esqui no próprio hotel, o que é extremamente conveniente. Também muito próximo dos principais restaurantes da cidade. Atendimento 10 estrelas, equipe muito amável e atenciosa. Única crítica...

"Hotel was great and staff was excellent, especially Sophia in the restaurant. Self check-in was a little challenging. I didn’t have WiFi in the days prior so missed the instruction email. Sophia was helpful upon arrival since we didn’t have the room code. "

"Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us."

I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay if you’re looking to be central, by the train station and have a short walk into the heart of the town which is a 300 mtr walk away. "Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."
