"Hotel was great and staff was excellent, especially Sophia in the restaurant.
Self check-in was a little challenging. I didn’t have WiFi in the days prior so missed the instruction email. Sophia was helpful upon arrival since we didn’t have the room code. "

"La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné ne correspond pas au standing d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons constaté des taches sur la moquette ainsi que sur le canapé. Dans la salle de bain, le bouton permettant de basculer l’eau vers le pommeau de douche était cassé et difficile à utiliser. Plusieurs fissures étaient également visibles, et la ventilation ne semblait pas être régulièrement nettoyée.

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...
