"From the time I walked in the grass was not cut. There was a lot of water on the floor in the elevator. The first room that was assigned to me had someone else in it. The second room that was assigned had hair in the sink, floor, and tub, sink stopped up, and smelled . The third room that was assigned to me was much better, but when I got in the shower there was no soap in the dispenser and the toilet stopped working. I tried to speak with the manager, but since it was a weekend(Saturday )she was not reachable and there was no one else managing the property I was told. I found that to be interesting. On my check-out day that Monday, I was able to speak with the manager. She did offer a $50 discount for the inconvenience, but I believe more should have been given, I did stress to the manager that I will not be returning. It is far less than I expected and that I am use to. I travel frequently. To top things off after speaking with the manager, I went to get a cup a coffee at the coffee bar, I was only able to get a drip. That figures!"

"Staff was friendly but the hotel left a lot to be desired. The pillows (3 to a bed) were the absolute worst pillows i have had at a hotel. The room felt humid. Which probably explained the mold in the window. Breakfast was seriously lacking, 2 of the 4 drink dispensers were broken. Waffles smelled good but we opted to go elsewhere. Room was clean. A big plus eas thst they had a full cable package with lots of channels. Lately a lot of hotels won't have that. "

"The email confirmation I received said check out was noon. The housekeeper was knocking at the door at 11:04am. We told her we were leaving at 12 and she said no, check out is 11am. We didn’t feel like arguing so we rushed to pack and left. No blanket on the bed; just a very thin top sheet and the decorative cover. Water randomly gets extremely hot every 30 seconds, without touching the knob. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Not worth the price at all."
