"This property has really gone downhill. We used to stay here regularly but it’s been at least 4-5 years. The overall stay was not what we were hoping for. Elevators were disgusting, our room was very dirty, the trash right outside the hotel was overflowing…. I miss when this place was a silver cloud. We will not be returning. Very sad as we used to live this location. I would highly recommend finding another hotel in Bellevue."

"Very clean property. Check-in was easy however the lady was short with me and asked why I didn’t book directly with them instead of Expedia. In all my life I have never been asked that.
The room was very clean and a great size. Buffet breakfast had several options from cereal to eggs and waffles.

"This was the perfect location for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet, all were great. It was easy to get our car in and out.
