Paid for roomin advance. Was told at check in they needed a card for incidentals. Asked how much they would hold. They said $20. Checked out today and they are holding the $20 plus a mysterious $140. For what? They don't know when you call and ask. "It will fall off in 3-5 days." If this isn't illegal it's highly unethical. Won't stay here again.

The room book was exactly as described. Very clean which is a plus in my view. My husband and I had a lovely quiet stay which is what we needed for our getaway. The location was great and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and of course the lake. Only downside for spring weather it was still very cold but we had a great time anyway

Excellent location, easily accessible to the lake, events and shopping. Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the beds. Very uncomfortable and hard! I barely slept and woke achy. This would be why I wouldn’t book again unfortunately!

Delightful
I’ve often wanted to stay here, but only having visited in the summer before haven’t had the opportunity. Definitely somewhere I’d specifically go back to, even in winter! My daughter and I stayed only for one night after a looooong drive in horrible weather. We immediately felt relief when we walked in and graciously greeted by the front desk. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

Overall good experience I asked for higher floor with lake view balcony, but got 2 floor, which isn't that good considering that we hear all voices from public balcony next to us. Lack of privacy, obviously The room was clean The swiming pool and gym were nice

We had several broken items in one of the rooms and we did alert the front desk to prevent any further issues at checkout. Our first night in the hotel was good, but on Friday after our family checked in to our second booked room, the experience got much worse. My sister requested additional bedding and pillows to accommodate her four person family. The rooms we booked were listed as having full sized pull out beds but they were twin sized. The mattresses had mold and stains on them so we requested a roll away, which they don’t have. Our solution to ask for sheets to cover the dirty pull out mattresses and enough pillows to allow for one per person were not unreasonable yet we were not granted that request without being treated poorly and rudely. Upon checking out, we alerted the front desk to an issue which was extremely unsettling and unsanitary and they offered us a complementary cup of coffee. We were willing to look past the previously mentioned issues but a dirty pair of women’s underwear left in the closet shows a lack of regard for cleanliness and customer service when we informed them of the issue. All of the issues we had could have easily been solved but instead the hotel chose to do nothing for us. Their lack of regard for us put a massive damper on our trip and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
