If you’re looking to save a few bucks and don’t mind dingy towels and dated decor (the bedspread had cigarette burns) then this place isn’t bad. Basically you get what you pay for but that being said. The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, free parking, and the front desk is open 24/7. Sure we could’ve paid 200 a night to stay at a better place but for $90 a night we didn’t mind the less than perfect conditions.

This place was perfectly clean, reasonably priced (especially compared to Saratoga Springs!), and quiet. The staff was competent and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice motel on a budget

This is the second time we've stayed here in the past 6 weeks. We come up for concerts at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and this hotel is clean and it provides all the comfort that we need on a budget.

Simple but clean !

I think we pay for what you get it , I can’t say bad things because it wasn’t like That , very simple , Clean , friendly staff , only one Thing smell of Cigarettes inside bedroom but I could handle , I was there for 2 nights , the price was on my budge so it was All I need it !! Clean sheets clean towels , everything was they way it’s supposed to be , and on my budge price ! Good luck

The hotel was basically empty, the staff assigned guests on both sides of me instead of spreading them out. I heard doors slamming for 2 hours. The bathroom vent was disgustingly filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in months.

Walk around bear foot inside the room and my feet were black... Also the pool is closed which is why we booked this hotel. First room we got reaked of cigarettes. They did move is immediately to another room but the floor is dirty. The rooms don't get cleaned daily either. Which when I say clean, they change the bedding. That's about it.

Definitely worth the money.

We stayed two nights in this place. It is a couple of Miles off of the interstate but still convenient to many things. There is a town just a couple miles from the hotel for Dunkin donuts and coffee and various other things like that. The hotel does not offer any real frills. No breakfast but it was a clean place and it was a comfortable place and it was just like the name says. It was a budget hotel. No frills but it had a refrigerator and a microwave in the bed and a shower and it was clean and quite honestly it was at a great price and that's what we look for. We don't need to stay at a five-star hotel or even a four-star hotel when we're out just traveling and spending a night or two here and there.

Is quite, but a soon that you open the door to go in the room there was a bad smell, i think it was the carpet. Also there was rip of the chair that was there. The blanket was stain on it and the lamp shade was dusty and stain. Also when my husband was outside smoking there was to ladys from different rooms asking him for cigarettes and one ask him if he could buy her some. But she didn't even give him money for it so im assuming that they live in the other room. I have pictures of the room that i stood.

Yuck!

the room was not clean - dust and dirt hanging out of the bathroom vent - yuck! Then the guest next door to us decided to beat on the walls at 11:26 at night - ridiculous. will never stay here again

It is a basic hotel (the name is Budgetel after all) but was very nice- clean, everything worked in the room, the staff was attentive and helpful. It was pretty pricey, but that's because I reserved it the day of a big nearby event so that's on me.
