"Receptions staff busy talking to each other in their language and pause on their work while checking us in. Claim to have a laundry room, what a joke just 1 washer and 1 dryer!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, staff were nice and helpful but it was so hot it was impossible to sleep and the aircon was feeble. We stayed there to get some sleep before an early flight but not possible when sweating so much. My pal in the next door room was the same. I’m sure it’s a good hotel when it’s cooler outside."

"First time in 25 years of traveling with the family that we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so little to no alternative. Ended up outside at the rooftop, but on a 36c hot day, it was less that enjoyable. Fortunately the staff on the rooftop was outstanding and helped make our stay more enjoyable. "Convenient, refreshing stay close to the airport with great public transportation options (free) into the center city, museums and sites. Very comfortable, modern, light-filled room. Staff amazing, helpful and insightful. Would stay again for all these reasons."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"Great location! For those traveling by train, it is a 5 min walk from the Epesses train stop. From that train stop, there is access to a beach within 1 min. Since suits were optional that day, my young girls and I walked 10 min west to a grassy, shady beach area being used by many locals. It is a rocky beach and recommend water shoes. "The restaurant appeared to be understaffed and staff available appeared to be more interested in watching the futbol game than retrieving dishes from the kitchen for customers. I had to ask for my order twice. The shuttle from the airport was great and timely. The rooms were clean."

"The hotel has a serious issue with housekeeping. I stayed there twice and both time the rooms was not well cleaned before check in. The location is difficult to get to unless you rely on the shuttle. The breakfast was the better part of the stay."

"Morgenmaden var fint nok, ikk noget og råbe hurra for. Vi kom desværre til at bo 300meter fra hovedebygningen og der var ingen aircondition, kun en stående blæser (over 30 grader da vi var). Værelset var fint stor, men meget lille TV. Vi var glade for at det kun var 1 overnatning vi havde."
