"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."

"Dès l'arrivée nous avons été bien pris en charge par l'équipe très sympathique. De bons conseils pour profiter de la ville (choses à voir, restaurants,...) Le chambre est suffisament spacieuse pour 2, propre, bien équipée (il nous manquait une bouilloire, mais nous avons pu avoir de l'eau chaude au bar). L'hôtel est bien situé, plein centre ville, donc quasiement tout peu se faire à pieds (ou en transport). Le cadre (décoration, ambiance) est agréable pour y finir les soirées."
