"AB at the front desk was fantastic. He was very friendly, welcoming, and gave me some great suggestions during my stay. We also had a very nice conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a good location, and considering the price, it is definitely worth it. "Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."

"Lobby and main entry quite grand and beautiful. There was no A/C. Floor fan was available in our room, which was helpful, but with outdoor temperatures running around 28-30 F it was warm in our room. Can't really open windows at night because then one hears traffic noise etc. Would have been nice to have a mini coffee machine in the room. Mini fridge was a nice asset. Bed was comfortable. Only one pillow per person - front desk gave us a second on request. Great location!"
