"Our 1 week stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the main pedestrian square with incredible views of Lake Geneva. The location was great for exploring the area with restaurants and stores steps away. The service was also helpful and friendly."
"Very Poor Service and Cleanliness
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities.
The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room.
Left every rubbish behind.
