"This historic hotel is stunning..from the terrace to the grounds to the restaurant views and the way it is all curated! The staff are very helpful and friendly,. and they put on a great breakfast! That said, the restaurants for dinner leave a blank and even the michelin star restaurant is not memorable. The food needs to be as memorable as the restaurant and it is most regretful to say that it was absolutely not. Likewise the pricing was excessive for what you received. When the restaurants are as beautiful as the hotel...it will be a show stopper...but a good ways to go in this regard."

"The hotel has good facilities, including a swimming pool and spa, although we haven’t had a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The hotel is fairly well located, close to the lake and about a 15-minute walk from the main plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ferry services. Our room was very spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower."

"I had to say one of the best stays.. great location. Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice!! Lovely pool with views and good room. Parking included My only comments to charge for sauna and spa and the heating was so hot couldn't managed to change the room temperature Otherwise I would definitely come back . Thank you for the wonderful stay"
