"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. "We enjoyed everything about our stay! The rooms were gorgeous and set up with everything we could need and plenty of space for 4 of us. The staff was was helpful and welcoming. We loved the amenities such as toiletries, wifi, AC, the shower was amazing! We were taken to the breakfast area and it was excellent! Such attentive care from the staff. "Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We...

"The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

Einzige kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Brötchen könnten besser sein (vielleicht kurz aufbacken. Oder Ciabatra/ Baguette servieren. Der Zugang zum See ist sehr steinig … auf jeden Fall Badeschuhe mitnehmen."

"This was a lovely hotel. It is right at the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had black out curtains which was great. It is close to town and easily walkable. There’s a free bus to Gardaland which leaves right outside the hotel at the station. A lovely place to base ourselves and I would recommend this."

"Lovely location and the spa pools were great. Annex room with terrace was dated though and aircon very noisy - soundproofing on room was poor so you could hear close rooms coming and going."
