They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. "Room is gorgeous. Staff are friendly. Have to mention the garden is fabulous, peacock, black swan, cranes habitat by the lake. Plants are well labeled like botanic garden. Top-notch dining, food and services are state level. In addition to authentic local cuisine fine-tuned with considerations to health, the seafood dishes are superb. Definitely we will choose the same hotel next time there."
