"　築100年の商家を使ったゲストハウスで、重伝建に指定された岩村町本通りのほぼ中央にある。客室は8畳の個室と2段ベッドのある男女別のドミトリー。共用施設として洗面所、設備の整ったダイニングキッチン、談話室、母屋と別に2つのシャワー室のある浴場がある。古民家の姿を残しながら清潔で使いやすく再生されていて、外国人にも人気のようで、宿泊した日にもドイツ人のカップルが宿泊していた。ここを管理されている女性がとても親切な方で、居心地が一層良かった。 　立地している岩村町本通りは重伝建に指定され古い街並みを見ながらの散策が楽しい。食事処、居酒屋、コンビニも徒歩圏内で食事場所の心配はない。日本三大山城に数えられる岩村城は徒歩で片道40分程度。重伝建の街歩きとセットで訪れる事をお勧めする。"

"The area is lovely. Staff was great and so was the hotel breakfast and dinner. The lobby and other community areas were great. The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition. "私たちはHotels.comで予約した最初の客でした。建物は比較的新しく、とても清潔です。到着後、周辺の観光スポットをオーナー自ら説明して頂きました。客室はすべて一階にあり、温水洗浄トイレと洗面台があます。また、貸切風呂は二ヶ所あります。一つは露天風呂です。 新城インターから美しい川沿いの道を通って約20分くらいで到着します。途中の道はやや狭いですが、民宿入口前に十分な広さの駐車場があります。 料理はソムリエのオーナーが厳選した、素材の質にこだわったもので、とても美味しく、それに合うワイン、日本酒も好みに合わせてオーナー自ら選んでくれます。ワインは開栓後オーナー自ら香りを確認する徹底ぶりです。鮎の塩焼きは、よく観光地で売られているものとは全く別物で、美味でした。 ここ新城市周辺は千枚田や鳳来寺山など多くの観光スポットがあり、ゴールデンウィーク中も混雑は無く、東京からでも車で４時間程度なのでとても良い一泊旅行が実現できるでしょう。"
