"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....

"The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot. "What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. "Loved this hotel! The overall facility was stunning, but the room itself was lacking. The best part was the breakfast buffet, the staff and the location! It's a little out from Lake Bled, but I prefer to be away from the touristy areas! Pros: The hotel has a lot to offer, from the pool and spa to the staff and restaurant! Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room looked like it needed some regular maintenance. I highly recommend!!!"

"I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. It is connecting to nearby aqua park, which is used by a lot of school kids "
