They didn’t have flavored creamer so I had to have it just black at first I had very low expectations (hotel and gas station coffee typically needs LOTS of flavored cream BUT their coffee could make me give up creamer"

It should be option, not a must. It gets refunded but still. Some people might not have the funds. "
