"Booked this hotel for 5 days. We arrived earlier than the check in time at the hotel but the hotel staff, Hamza, let us do early check in and upgraded our room. He also offered us the option of having the buffet breakfast at the hotrl and it is really worth it! Aside from the proximity of the hotel to the Malls and Burj Khalifa, the staff are nice and helpful."

"Special mention goes out to Arshad at Front desk who was very welcoming and courteous....he even upgraded us to Suite for the convenience of our kids...The whole staff right from the valet,Concierge & front desk were really nice...greeted with smile all the time...Lobby had goodie bags in the mornin with no charge & Sparkling water also available at lobby during the day alongwith cookies for kids....Would recommend this to anyone who visits Dubai for leisure or Business..."

"Stayed July 8th family, Our favourite hotel ! Convenient to airport we have stayed here multiple times, beautiful and clean lovely rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle to airport. We did a one night stay this time while passing through Mohammad (in charge of check in) up graded us to the Dubai suit and it was amazing tbe staff are all so very kind, friendly and will do anything for you ! The pool area is fantastic! Didn’t use gym but it looks fantastic! Also close to nice restaurants Thank you again Highly recommend "
