This place is very central to a lot of nice beaches including across across the street. Quiet place with a great view.

Quiet location, perfectly clean rooms.

This location was away from the hustle-bustle. Within a mile of market and restaurants. The beach across the street was seclude and quiet, perfect for a quiet swim and morning walks. The common area was nice and the room was perfectly clean and recently updated. The garden was beautifully manicured.

Lizards, cockroaches, no cleaning

This was not a hotel, by any means of the word "hotel". It's operated as an airbnb. No front desk, no one to go to when something goes wrong. Also, here are the other problems: 1. The bathroom sink hole was faulty. The water would get collected and not drain. We had to find a workaround with a plastic fork to keep it working (see pictures) 2. We saw a lizards and other small insects in the room (see pictures) 3. We saw a cockroack in the cutlery cabinet, and hence got our own cutlery from then on 4. No cleaning service, even a single time for the 6 days we stayed there

The location of this property was perfect for our use. The beach is across a fairly busy street, but the beach is pretty nice. We had to ask for a hairdryer, which another guest ended up with and we never got one. Probably should have a hairdryer in each unit. The common room was clean but no breakfast was available. I feel that a breakfast could easily have been done with COVID issues in mind with prepackaged items and drinks. Our room was nice but small. The house itself is set nicely on the property and the parking was pretty good. Fairly quiet location at night.

This property was beautiful! There was a small beach directly across the street steps away! Watched beautiful sunsets from there! The room was very clean. The bathroom was updated nicely. Any requests we made were taken care of promptly. Would definitely stay there again and/or recommend to friends.

Relaxing tropical hideaway...

We enjoyed the 'beach cottage' very much. The unit was spacious with two bedrooms each with its own king-size bed. We spent the first two days decompressing by sitting on the verandah, gazing out at the sea and Moloka'i. The location was convenient for picking up groceries (Napili Market) and there were a couple of tasty local restaurants that we got take out from. The wifi was a bit iffy at times, but maybe that was a good thing...
The 'beach cottage' unit is the lower floor.

Lovely spot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loved the near-private beach right across the street. Perfect for our family of 4; separate bedrooms for kids and parents. Made good use of the kitchen: Napili Market grocery store only 5 mins drive away, ate breakfast on the lanai every morning while watching the surfers. Short drive to get to the bustle of Ka'anapali or Kapalua beaches. Correspondence with host was efficient; check-in & check-out was seamless. We would happily stay here again!

Sad to say...there are better options

This place does not live up to its description. It was clean. The landscaping was lovely. And the location is good. But the barbecue area was In a paved area one step off the highway and consisted of one old grill that we would not put our food on. The lounging area consisted of two patio chairs on a small lawn area on the highway. We reserved the “deluxe suite” with king sized bed, ocean view and private sitting area. Again, it was clean. There was a king sized bed, in the roomy bedroom with the ocean view ON THE HIGHWAY, so noisy. The sitting room was small, with a TV and sofa but uncomfortable. We had access to a microwave in the communal sitting area. We had a small refrigerator. The bathroom was small, old but clean. There was a beach across Lower Honoapiilaani Hwy just a few yards up the road. The one time we went over there, we ran into some people with loud music, obnoxious vaping and pit bulls. We only stayed 2 of our 7 nights because it was not conducive to a relaxing, island style vacation. I wish I could give this place a better review because Tanaz, the host, was very responsive, but there are better options in this area.

Great location, very cute house :)

The room was small but clean and in a really cute location --- the house was just in front of a small beach that was good for swimming and snorkeling and beach towels and snorkeling gear is already provided. Mattress and pillows could be more comfortable (both were too soft, the mattress would make you fall towards the middle of the bed :( Breakfast was delicious and consisted of fruit, pastries and juice that they deliver in a basket outside the room; only downside was that with the heat the food goes bad pretty fast (our blueberry muffins had some mold by the time we got to the room at night). Maybe they could delivery it in a thermal/insulated bag? Also, instructions on how to get breakfast could better (we missed it one day because we didn't realize the empty breakfast basket had to be left outside). Overall I liked it a lot, would go back.

Great location, spacious and nice layout! We stayed in the beach house 2bed suite. It's private, clean, and came with all sorts of kitchen and dining stuff. The host Tanaz was very attentive via emails!
