They don’t clean the rooms every day you have to give 24 hour notice in advance and we asked him to please clean it and they said no because we had a call

We stayed in the new building and it was great! Very beautiful! Also it was very nice they had fresh flowers in the lobby every single day as hair accessory

Aston Kaanapali Shores
Room was very poor- bugs, tub wouldn’t drain, couldn’t open dishwasher (would hit knob on cabinet). No cleaning for a 9 day stay. Service was VERY poor. Would not recommend this property at all.

Maui Beach Hotel
Minnie the front desk staff was superb - helped us stay in our room an extra half day without having to move, got our parking pass extended, offered towels for a day at the beach - she was top notch!! Great location near the airport. Loved the staff. Ocean front room was perfect.
