"We liked the hotel overall. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was limited but really good. The pool is perfect. Regarding the hotel’s location it’s both good and bad. Good because it’s easy to get to Uvita but bad because of the noise coming from the highway. "

"This property is very relaxed and welcoming. The staff are highly attentive and really take care of you while you are on site. The addition of the animal sanctuary makes it a very eco-friendly destination. We stayed for one week during which the surrounding jungle and wildlife were the stars of the show. "

"Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort um tauchen zu gehen, viele Tauchbasen sind in Laufnähe. Das Hotel ist neu und alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Herd oder Kochplatte, sondern einen elektrischen Kochtopf und eine elektrische Pfanne sowie eine Mikrowelle - für ein Frühstück hat es gereicht, richtig gekocht haben wir nicht. Die Ausstattung ist neu, aber es gibt keinerlei Dekoration sodass die Einrichtung eher schlicht wirkt. AC funktioniert super und war...

"Beautifully furnished and comfortable condo nestled in a jungle setting overlooking the ocean. Sparkling clean infinity pool, full kitchen, BBQ pit on back patio, excellent service from host and staff. The 5k maintained rock road to get there from main hwy is a bit of a rough drive but well worth it. This was our 5th trip to Costa Rica and we have stayed at many wonderful places- but none as amazing as CanaVida. Only stayed 2 nights- wish we had stayed 2 weeks! "
