"Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is close to all and you can walk everywhere. My only complaint is the food options for allergies really are non existent. They used to have more on the menu for GF etc and meat options for breakfast are all pork based or soy."
"This hotel was very clean and very nice. Please note, there is a fee if you need to check in early, but it seems to be the standard policy these days. It is very close to the A's baseball field. The convention center is a fairly close venue as well, as that was why we were in town. The onsite restaurant is very good as well."
"The bed was very comfortable and the AC was quiet. Everything was clean and beautiful on the property. We were upgraded to the 1 bedroom after we requested a change of location of the first room. Two suggestions for the 1 bedroom suite - in the living room - place a light next to the sofa (either a wall mounted, pole or small table with lamp) - essential for reading. Add a small table and 2 chairs if possible on the TV wall as there was plenty of room and would have made the room feel truly special and comfortable for sharing a snack or playing a game. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
"This was such a great stay! The whole stay was relaxing, easy, quiet, and peaceful. We used the little pool a few times and it was perfect. This property is very clean, pretty and the location is excellent. (It is right off of the 5 freeway, but we were on the courtyard side, so we really never heard it.)
There is walkable food, beverages, a cute park and a MUST visit thrift store that is right next door. Dennys across the parking lot is open 24/7 and the hotel gives a discount to visitors.
We loved our 2 room suite. Our college aged daughters were so glad to have their own space. The room had a great AC. It's the kind that is in the wall so it is loud, but we like white noise, so it was fine.
The best feature of this place is the staff. Every single person here is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We didn't know how long we were going to be staying there, and had to keep re-updating our stay. They were so accommodating and let us keep our same room. We will definitely come back to Lemon Heights Inn! It was a perfect stay.
Thank you for such a wonderful landing place to share our daughter's college graduation. We loved it!"
"I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. I did not take advantage of the pool, the breakfast or other amenities as I was visiting family in town and was away from the hotel for most of the time. The room was clean and updated with some modern touches, while the building did show its age with some architectural details. My small 2nd floor patio overlooked the beautiful garden courtyard, which is a great touch. The hotel and other guests were quiet and I could barely hear the nearby freeway. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked well when I had to check in with the office. I would certainly return on my next trip to visit with family in Southern California."
"Check in was ok. I was aware that we would have to pay for parking, but you have to use a separate app to do that. I found that annoying and it was not explained well. Especially annoying when the person checking in beside you got complimentary parking. The room itself was large and clean. Breakfast had alot of options and was freshly cooked."
