"I stayed there for 8 days. The food was disappointing because there was no sense of Portugal. What helped was different Themes every night, so could try some food of different countries. Due to additional restaurants or rooftop bar, before booking it is highly recommended to check the terms, I found out on arrival that I have only 1 Asian restaurant included that I can have a dinner once during my stay and no rooftop bar because my package is "only all inclusive". I tried this Asian restaurant one night and the food was really bad, I do not understand how they can call it an Asian restaurant. The snacks bar overall burger, hotdog, sandwich. The hotel entertainment, it was hard to understand what is going on, when and where. Some activities were not well organized and lacking of music during the day by the pools and entertainment in the evenings. The gym in the main block had no air conditioning working, it was +26C or over inside. The disco was a bit of joke, someone was just playing songs on the phone for an hour. The reception did not explain about the hotel and where to find everything and how everything works. There is QR code to scan about the hotel that is useless and info is blur. For 4 start hotel, there was no hair shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only a shower gel. The staff was nice apart from check in/out reception. Wifi does not work in the hotel, including tv in the room that was lagging."

"Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony. Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere. 3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette. 4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower. 6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. 7. We got the room so late, close to 4 pm so it was waste for our day."

"truly 10/10 experience. couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a beautiful & relaxed getaway. we took our 7 month old daughter and the resort was so accommodating and baby friendly. we had the best time, nothing negative. staff is incredibly helpful and kind. food was spectacular, views are truly next level. rooms were clean and spacious. the beach is stunning. the property is so well maintained, gorgeous landscaping and very vibrant. loved it and will be back!!"
