"Absolutely disgusting experience. We found SIX cockroaches in our room during our stay—some alive, some dead. Not one. Not two. Six. What shocked me even more than the infestation was the complete lack of concern from the hotel staff. We reported the issue and were essentially brushed off. No room upgrade, no alternative accommodations, no meaningful apology, and no attempt to make the situation right. Apparently multiple cockroaches in a guest room is not considered a problem here.
