"Fiumefreddo is an absolutely hidden Jen. It is as if you took a 500 year old town, frozen it in time, and didn’t tell anybody about it. You can walk this little town for hours and get lost in its mazes of ancient homes. Not many of them have been renovated, but, it’s slowly happening and hopefully continues to preserve this time capsule of a town. The only downside was that the night we stayed there was a party on site that went until the wee hours of the morning with party goers wandering the property. Otherwise was an amazing place to stay. "Location close to beach, and old/new town center. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free private underground parking. Room clean and comfortable with fridge and safety deposit box. Property well kept with a nice large pool. Breakfast was plentiful with croissants, cakes, yogurt, bread, cold cuts, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and juice. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Abbiamo soggiornato negli appartamenti vicino al mare della struttura, molto comodi se si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno sulla vicina spiaggia molto comoda e bella come mare. Gli appartamenti sono nella norma all'interno di una palazzina a disposizione dell'hotel. Questi sono comodi e buoni per trascorrere qualche notte nei pressi di Amantea. Personale gentile e accogliente. Molto bella la parte hotel costruita come un borgo."

"Nice little hotel and great bakery. I was a little concerned when we drove up but don’t let the exterior deter you. They are doing some renovations but it did not impact our stay at all. We had three rooms in the renovated area. Excellent showers good water pressure excellent air-conditioning excellent bedding. Added to that they have a wonderful bakery downstairs with fresh croissants. "
