"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."

"Location cannot be beat. 1 mile from Tulane campus. And more restaurants within a three block radius than you could possibly visit during your stay. Also, really convenient to be across the street from a grocery store. The house has a very cute backyard. A sweet front porch. A nice kitchen with minimal but useful supplies. "My family and I stayed at this location for Memorial Day weekend. It was a very clean, spacious, and convenient spot to stay in to have access to downtown events, restaurants, and attractions. The parking was awful. It would’ve been helpful had someone mentioned that there was construction going on so parking was limited. There were ants in certain areas. "Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. "

"Dirty towels left in bathroom. Roaches in bathroom and beds not made. Felt very unsafe in location. All around bad stay. "

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...

"This place was immaculate! WoW we were so satisfied. It is located Uptown, the garden district. Ten minutes from the French .25. Bring your own seasonings but who goes to New Orleans to cook? So getting around is super simple, 3 blocks from the streetcar. It cost to ride it but it was like Curtis Jackson (50cent). It runs often. The neighborhood is gentrified and there is so much to do around the apartment. There are cameras at every angle. We NEVER felt unsafe or had a problem with the Saints...
