"The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English."

"Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Super clean room and en suite. Breakfast was self serve continental and catered for a variety of dietary requirements. The staff were really friendly. A lovely pub in a quiet area, 15 mins on the bus into Bath centre. Free parking on site. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"Parking was a bit tricky to get in underneath to park n. but very secure. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for then. Because of our age we found the stairs a big challenge so probably would not return "

"We loved our stay here. Stylish, spacious and comfortable room with a modern bathroom. The pub and rooms had been recently refurbished with great care. We stayed in room 8 which backed out onto the courtyard behind the pub and had velux windows which you could watch the stars through. Despite being part of a pub, we found our room to be very quiet after 9pm. Breakfast was fantastic, the veggie option was delicious and the ingredients felt very high quality.
