"I love this hotel, amazing location, right in the centre but quite as behind buildings. Beautifully built and designed. Our suite was huge and so clean, had everything we needed and more. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast delicious, with the chef cooking to order. I would 100% recommend and come back. Loved it "

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...

"Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. "

"Fantastic apartment in a prime location - 2 minutes from the square in Krakow old town. Very quiet at night never heard anyone. Well equipped- microwave, hob, kettle and fridge . Great instructions for checking in - it is right next to the wax works. Would 100% recommend this apartment"
