"Very nice property, excellent location in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, breakfast is tasty too, rooms are nicely designed, but a bottle of water would be nice in the room, same for a fridge, bathroom is large, sadly no dividing shower door, so water spills nearly all over the floor, otherwise it's nice. Would love to stay again in the future and hope that the Ibis Styles keeps their high standards. Thank you!"

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."

"Lovely friendly hotel - staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcome with our toddler. Our room was large and warm with a beautiful view of the mountains. Easy parking, delicious breakfast, excellent food at the hotel restaurant and within easy reach of Salzburg and nearby winter sports. Would recommend and stay again!"

"Location of the Property was excellent. Staff was professional helpful and great hospitlity. Only suggestion is to keep a kettle and coffee / Tea making oossible in the room so that early risers can have a cup of coffee or Tea befire the breakfast is ready."

"The room was clean and also small and tight..The TV would turn on and shut off on iits on in less than a minute. Thre was no ameneties other than the lobby breakfact area. "

"Photos showed a pool and sauna. They stayed that that was an old picture and that they no longer have a pool and the the sauna was private and not for guests. Hotel location was far from Salzburg and not easily accessible. Breakfast was mid and they charge children full price "
