"The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help."

No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht. De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."
